Wow! Best realtor I have worked with and I have worked with several other wonderful realtors (making purchases in other states). She is a masterful project manager--she knows the deadline for each step of the process, how to keep it moving, how to influence others to move forward--and in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, courteous. She cares about her clients, advocates for them, and negotiates for their needs/wants/desires. She got us everything we asked for (and weren't expecting to get!)
